Operations and Commercial Director
Stuart has considerable experience in transforming data-enabled professional services businesses, most recently as Managing Director of Equas and before that as Divisional Commercial Director with Origin, Managing Director for South East Asia for the Corporate Executive Board and SHL.
With significant experience of leading teams in private equity-backed entities, Stuart has established a reputation for effecting positive business transitions and achieving results through revenue growth, driving efficiencies, team engagement and product innovation.
As Commercial & Operations Director for Ascentor, his focus is on efficacy and governance ensuring project are delivered on time, to the quality expected and on budget. Stuart also acts as the Security Controller for Ascentor, leading on physical & personal security as well as holding the remit for internal compliance.
Outside of work, Stuart loves the outdoors and is a keen walker, taking walking holidays abroad with his wife every year exploring the small villages and trying the local food. When the opportunity presents itself, he is also is an avid golfer and enjoys the challenge of playing new courses.
