Express Elevators Ltd gain certification

Express Elevators Ltd is an independent lift company, based in Shipley and operating across the whole of the UK, specialising in the maintenance and repair of all makes and types of lift equipment, installation of new lifts and the modernisation and refurbishment of existing equipment.

With a view to retaining its membership of LEIA (the Lift and Escalator Industry Association) and to realise the business benefits of having a robust management system that can meet the challenges of the market, the company embarked on a project to implement OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 across the business and to achieve UKAS-accredited certification to the standards.
