Mark Pendleton

Mark has a diploma in Business Studies and for over 20 years ran his own successful recruitment business servicing blue-chip companies in the paper, packaging and associated industries both in the UK and internationally.

Since joining Equas in 2008, Mark has worked with over 100 companies across most industry sectors including business services, construction, charity, distribution, engineering, renewable energy, security and waste management. Based on his experiences in running his own business and providing services to blue-chip companies Mark focuses on ensuring that the management systems he develops integrate seamlessly into the normal business processes and that the information they contain is precise and clear.

Mark is a qualified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001 and ISO 50001 and is an experienced practitioner in implementing systems that comply with PAS 2030, BS EN 1090, BS 102000, the Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS), the Security Industry Authority Scheme (SIA), The Security Industry Authority Approved Contractor Scheme (ACS) and the European Community Whole Vehicle Type Approval (ECWVTA).

He works mainly with clients in South Wales (Bridgend, Cardiff, Llanelli, Merthyr Tydfil, Milford Haven, Neath, Newport, Pontypool, Port Talbot, Swansea), Hereford and Forest of Dean. He is also an active member of the business community in all these areas.
